The Company has cancelled certain stock options granted to directors, former directors and employees who are no longer involved in the business.
The Company has granted stock options on 1,500,000 shares exercisable at $0.15 for a period of five (5) years to officers, consultants and employees of Cascadero Copper Corp and to directors, officers and employees of its 50% owned subsidiary Salta Exploraciones S.A.
