As of January 1st 2011, the Company retained a Field Operations Manager and opened a field office in Sudbury, Ontario.
The Company has acquired or has verbal commitments to acquire interests in 21 gold prospects in Ontario.
The Ontario properties are primarily disseminated gold prospects in the Sudbury, Timmins and Swayze mineral districts.
Exploration is underway on one property and due diligence is complete on two other prospects. Formal agreements are in process.
