The Company held its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday May 9th 2012. All resolutions in the Information Circular were voted on and passed by the shareholders. Seven directors are elected: William J. McWilliam, Michael Denega, John G. Haag, Jim Clucas, Julio Carvalho, Juvenal Mesquita and Brian Causey.
