The Company held its Annual General Meeting on Monday September 30th 2013. All resolutions in the Information Circular were voted on and passed by the shareholders. Six directors are elected: William J. McWilliam, Michael Denega, John G. Haag, Jim Clucas, Julio Carvalho, and Brian Causey.
