The Corporation has received and accepted the resignation of Mr. Brian Causey as a director of
Cascadero Copper effective May 31, 2014.
The directors of the Corporation valued and appreciated all of Mr. Causey's work and his
considered input for the decisions that we arrived at during the past several years. Our best
