VANCOUVER, B.C., January 23, 2015 -- Cascadero Copper Corporation. ("Cascadero" or the "Company") announces that it has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to extend the term of 12,709,999 warrants issued in a Private Placement Unit dated February 13, 2012. The Unit consisted of one common share and one warrant. The warrant had a term of three years with an expiry date of February 13, 2015. One full warrant is exercisable into one common share at $0.25 per share. The Company is applying to extend the term of the warrants by 24 months to expire February 13, 2017 and to reduce the exercisable price of one warrant to $0.05. The application is subject to Exchange approval.
