North Vancouver, BC, June 7, 2019 - Cascadero Copper Corporation (TSXV: CCD; the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lorne Harder to the Board of Directors, to fill the vacancy created by the passing of director Judith Harder on December 17, 2018, and the appointment of Mr. Greg Andrews as an additional director. In addition, Lorne has been appointed as the Company’s President and CEO, and has assumed the office of Chairman from Brian Causey, who remains as a director.
Bill McWilliam has been appointed as the Company’s Senior Vice President Exploration.

Lorne has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, much of it as a major shareholder in a large regional brokerage. He holds a Diploma of Financial Management and a Bachelor of Administration (Accounting) degree, and has been awarded a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) designation by the Insurance Institute of Canada. The Board believes that Lorne’s business experience and education position him well to assist the Company in leveraging its assets for the benefit of the shareholders.
Greg is the president and CEO of Search Minerals Inc. (TSXV:SMY). He has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial and administrative management consulting to public and private companies. He has held positions as General Manager of a registered portfolio management company, general manager of a private family office, and president of a wholesale distribution company. Greg has also held various directorships in TSX Venture Exchange listed companies since 1993, including those involved in mining, oil and gas, technology and biotechnology. Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance degree.
