Mr. Julio Carvalho resigns

On October 25th 2013, Mr. Julio Carvalho tendered his resignation to the Company for health and personal reasons.
On behalf of the Cascadero Copper board of directors, we thank Mr. Carvalho very much for all of his considered input for the decisions that we arrived at during the past several years. Our best wishes are with Mr. Carvalho and his family.
