The Corporation has received and accepted the resignations of Mr. Michael Denega and Mr. John Haag as Directors of the Company. Mr. Denega and Mr. Haag were original directors and both provided valuable accounting, tax and corporate governance to the Company over the past ten years. The Company wishes to retain a formal relationship with Mr. Denega and Mr. Haag and both have agreed to join the Company's Advisory Board.
The Board also wishes to formally welcome Dr. Trueman to the Board of Directors of the Company. Dr. Trueman agreed to join the Board in mid-September pending approval of his Personal Information Form by the TSX Venture Exchange.
